Savings Bond Wizard is a lightweight cross-platform utility designed to help you manage your savings and bond inventory.

The user interface is clean and offers users the possibility to add a new bond to the list by configuring the dedicated parameters, namely date, series, denomination, deferred interest, serial number and issue date. Additionally, you may import bonds from HTM and CSV files, and export the inventory items to the same file formats.

Savings Bond Wizard enables you to edit the information for the selected bond, as you can change the values, mark bonds as cashed or exchanged, as well as give details about interest, rate and pricing date, and insert notes.

What’s more, you can delete, cut, copy, or paste the selected items, and sort them by using different criteria (e.g. denomination, serial number, value, rate).

The program also features an inventory builder designed specifically for helping you add multiple bonds to the list between the specified time periods.

The generated projects can be viewed before actually printing them, and you can go to the next or previous page and zoom in or out of the inventory reports. Plus, you may update the redemption values automatically.

During our testing we have noticed that the application accomplishes a task quickly and without errors. It doesn’t eat up CPU and memory, so it doesn’t affect the overall performance of the computer.

Update

All in all, Savings Bond Wizard comes packed with handy features for helping you design bond inventories with ease. Although it cannot be considered a top product, it does what it says and is suitable even for less experienced users.
